Mark Stalvey began work in the civil engineering field in 2002. He has served clients throughout Georgia for projects encompassing site development, road design, inflow and infiltration rehab, storm and sanitary sewer design, and wastewater treatment methods. He has extensive experience in project management including the composition of technical reports and documents, along with the pursuit of funding, permits, and approvals.
